• Deliveries exceeding AED 300 are free of charge. Customers can select between regular or accelerated delivery if their item is worth less than AED 300. Delivery costs start at AED 30. Depending on the service selected, additional costs will be indicated at the checkout.
• "Signature required" shipments are not made by the company. When things are mailed, customers are responsible for having someone available to accept them.
• It is not possible to modify shipping addresses. Only the mailing address you provided at the time of purchase placement will get shipping from us. The cost of shipping is not refundable. From your return, the initial delivery cost will be subtracted.
• When you pay the full invoice amount and you can pay with you debit/credit card or using apple or Samsung pay as well, note: 5% applicable on card payment
