Delivery Details

• Orders placed before 10 p.m. (Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman) can be delivered the same day. Delivery the next day for other orders.

• Delivery for other state like Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah and Umm AL Quwain You have to order before 1pm for same day delivery, after 1pm next day delivery, Note: Sunday delivery off for AL Ain, Fujairah and Umm AL Quwain

• Delivery seven days a week, excluding federal holidays.

• We try our hardest to ship your item the same day or the day after. A serious weather event or an emergency could cause the cargo to be delayed.

• Deliveries exceeding AED 300 are free of charge. Customers can select between regular or accelerated delivery if their item is worth less than AED 300. Delivery costs start at AED 30. Depending on the service selected, additional costs will be indicated at the checkout.

• "Signature required" shipments are not made by the company. When things are mailed, customers are responsible for having someone available to accept them.

• It is not possible to modify shipping addresses. Only the mailing address you provided at the time of purchase placement will get shipping from us. The cost of shipping is not refundable. From your return, the initial delivery cost will be subtracted.

• When you pay the full invoice amount and you can pay with you debit/credit card or using apple or Samsung pay as well, note: 5% applicable on card payment
